Pretty impressive feat of engineering. I recommend you skip the main tour - most of it is just explaining the religious symbolism of the stations of the cross that are in the tunnels that lead to the actual cathedral. I would save your energy and just walk past them and go straight to the big cathedral and museum spaces at the end of the tour - the sculpture museum itself is the best thing in my opinion, it's kind of nestled in among a bunch of shops and isn't part of the main tour.
There's usually a line for the video room that has more interesting history than the tour itself- the history of the engineering and mining, which is very interesting.
Be aware that prices in the stores/cafes down below are CRAZY EXPENSIVE. they really should regulate this as it is an absolute rip off - at least a 500% mark-up on stuff you can get at the surface.
