You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver arrived early and gave us a call upon arrival at our pick-up location. The car was very clean and the air conditioner was already running. This was more of a last minute reservation, but we were so glad we made it and would definitely recommend the service.

Ordered and purchased this transfer the day before and had immediate confirmation. Although pick up from the hotel was 2am in the morning, the driver turned up promptly and drove us safely and professionally to the airport. Very happy with the service.
