The distillery is beautiful, architecturally and naturally. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about its history and about the art of distilling gin. She answered everyone’s questions well and, on one occasion, was quite comfortable apologizing for not knowing (extra kudos for honesty).

We had a fantastic experience!!
the setting is absolutely stunning. The combination of the historic mill buildings and the striking modern glasshouses makes for truly beautiful architecture. It's nestled in the idyllic Hampshire countryside, which only adds to the charm.
The tour itself was really interesting and well-organised. All the staff were helpful and welcoming throughout, but a special ‘shout out’ goes to Joe on the bar, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the end of our experience memorable. His enthusiasm and cocktail recommendations rounded off the visit perfectly.

I enjoyed the tour however the cost was expensive considering the returns. The distillery makes a large amount of money of its shop and the tour although good is about 45 minutes long with a single measure Gin & Tonic drink. Its not so long ago that a similar tour in a whiskey distillery in Scotland would have been for free. The main aim of the tour isn't for education and engagement with G&T fans its to extract cash. No as a cost value experience it was poor. I did enjoy it but I felt ripped off.
