I've just read some of the "terrible" reviews for the tour and I sure these people were on a different tour (or a different planet). to me and the group I was with. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Mark our tour guide was great. Enough information to keep us interested and a great sense of humour. The room where you can smell / taste some of the botanicals was really interesting. Then on to the cocktail master class ! I will say the volume in the room got louder as the session went on !! Somehow Evie, our "teacher" managed to keep us on track. We had three cocktails, were taught the best way to shake a cocktail and how to pour the cocktail into the glass along a spoon (don't ask!). It wasn't rushed and you were able to take the unfinished cocktails into the bar. All in all I thought it was really good value for money. I've been on a gin tour before where you had to buy the drink ... definitely not necessary on this tour! Thanks again to Mark and Evie and all the staff. Just be warned ... We Will Be Back :-)
