Nous avons effectué des sorties avec d'autres compagnies pour voir d'autres iles autour de Koh samui et nous avons voyagé sur d'autres iles dans le monde, donc je pense etre a meme de pouvoir comparer. Cette compagnie n'est pas sérieuse. Elle est la juste pour faire du tourisme de masse et engrangé le plus d'argent sans prendre le temps de soigner le client. Ils viennent vous chercher a votre hotel dans des vieux vannes en mauvais états ou il n'y a pas de climatisation et ou il ne reste plus une place. Arrivé au port ils vous laissent attendre 45 minutes avant de monter sur le bateau, espérant vous faire consommer en attendant le depart. ils vous emmènent faire du snorkling ou ils n'y a pas de visibilité dans l'eau et 80 personnes dans l'eau sur une surface de 20 mètres carré..... j'ai eu l'impression que c'était les poissons qui venaient nous observer plus que nous ...... Arrivé sur l'ile pour manger, a nouveau ils vous font attendre volontairement longtemps pour que vous consommer encore au bar..... Les cochons étaient pour le coup plus sympathiques que le personnel.....A peine le temps de manger, de faire un petit tour de canoë que nous étions a nouveau dans le bateau direction le retour au port toujours dans un bateau ou les moteur sont dans états de délabrement complet et un pilote qui n'était pas prudent ayant failli se faire surprendre par une vague car il faisait la course avec un des autres batea. Sus le retour les bouteille d'eau n'étaient plus offerte pour la aussi nous refaire consommer a l'arrivée..... Deplorable comme organisation

Hélas on a pris un bateau pour 5 heures et le thaï nous a vendu l excursion pour faire les 2 îles alors qu il y avait une mer très mouvementée donc la mer était boueuse pas de snorkeling et il nous annule l île Koh MADSUM mer trop agitée Le conseil ne pas faire cette excursion si la mer est agitée c est nul
