helaas waren ze ons vergeten ! wij maakten een tussenstop in Bordeaux om op een leuke / snelle manier de stad te ontdekken met een gids op een e-step. wij stonden op het afgesproken uur (10.00h) op de afgesproken plek maar van de gids geen sprake en de shop was ook gewoon dicht. na 30 min zijn we vertrokken het aangegeven telefoonnummer ter plaatse ging over maar zelfs na 10keer proberen nam niemand op! het enige positieve is dat we snel terug betaald werden want wij moesten dit arrangement op voorhand betalen !!

The tour started out a bit rocky — the Company had moved its location the day before and did not update its website or call or text. Luckily, a woman on the street typed in the new address. Once we arrived, we were unable to navigate the e-scooters on the busy streets of Bordeaux. The guide quickly substituted e-bikes and gave us a full two hour tour. We saw much of the city we would not have seen on our own. The Company is very eager to please and very accommodating. I would give them a try!

Trip didn’t take place as we turned up but they weren’t aware we were coming. The two people were very friendly and tried to help but their boss wasn’t in so he told them over the phone that it wasn’t possible to do today. They took my contact details to refund me.
