The driver was there with a sign when we arrived. Very easy to find him. Good driver, but it was not a Mercedes as quoted and there was no water as described in the ad.

Trip was cancelled by Viator. They said they could not find a driver…..because I booked too late. Why accept booking and charge credit card if it was too late? I was able to get a taxi. Refund will take 3-5 business days on a trip that could not be provided??
