If you are going to Bordeaux I would highly recommend this pass. Unlike larger cites (Paris for one} the tram system is easy to use and very clean and efficient. Plus it gets you into all the places that you want to see. Even though I only had two days to use a 3 day pass (I gave it away to a local) I am very happy to have had it. And, the woman at the Tourist Bureau was VERY friendly and helpful.

The City Pass is a great idea if you are being a tourist and want to visit the sights. I bought the 72 hour one and felt that it represented excellent value, especially since it includes entrance to the Cité du Vin and the Bassins des Lumières. Don't miss out on the guided visits which are included - the one at the Palais Rohan was excellent and the river cruise very enjoyable!
