Our guide Jenny helped us when we made a mistake on the date on our voucher and it made our day special to start the tour. She was very personable and made sure everyone could hear her and see the sights. She kept us safe from the protesters that were gathering nearby. She was very knowledgeable about many areas. It was a disaster from the start. Our original guide did not turn up for his 10-30 start. This really pi••ed me off as I as the organiser had to round up the othered early as I had to be late. There was no information from the the Tourist office that they hadn’t turned up . Eventually they got a replacement guide, Bruno who arrived 40 mins later. He was very flamboyant and entertaining but all his spiel was repeated in French and English which dragged on so we all left- by agreement between us- as it was taking too long so we only was with him for 20 mins.
