Alex our guide was charming and knowledgeable and the artisanal shops selected were each a great experience. Very authentic.

Fabulous tour. Our guide Alexandra was excellent. Very knowledgeable about food and history of Bordeaux and extremely enthusiastic. We had a great time and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend Alexandra as a guide.

My wife and I were excited for this tour. We arrived early but no one showed up. Apparently the guide was in a bike accident on the way over. Eventually we got it straightened out, although we were left without a tour. Original Food Tours refunded our money but promised a free tour for the inconvenience, that we could have used the next week in Spain. They never came though. Then upon our return I have contacted them 4 times, once they asked for more information but have since gone silent. We lost an afternoon during our trip, which they could have made up for but apparently just made the offer to placate us. Unacceptable to have told us multiple times they would provide a credit, then renege on coming through. Can't trust them and don't want to give business to people who operate like that.
