A really engaging, immersive experience with a local wine expert who works at various chateaus in Bordeaux. He was very knowledgable on wine. Learnt about the taste of the different grapes, with a presentation. 5 different reds, cheese and meat. Came out with a lot of new knowledge especially on the history of wine and the regions of Bordeaux. Would recommend to anyone who wants to brush up/learn about red wine.

It was a beautiful, interesting and absolutely fascinating tour through the history of Bordeaux wines, combined with a fabulous tasting. Thanks to Gaspard!! Did a great job and we learned so much!!

We visited on a very hot day in July. We really enjoyed the class. Hugo was very informative, friendly and helpful. The class is very much focused on the wines of Bordeaux (Left / Right back ect). Mixture of history / theory and tasting. Highly recommended.
