Prepaid for the tour, sent two messages to the tour operator that went unanswered. Arrived 20 minutes early and no one was at the business and the doors were locked, lights off. We left 5 minutes after our tour was set to start as no one was present. Tried receiving a refund and tour operator claimed they were there. Untruthful.

Prestation annulée 1h30 avant l'horaire prévu...dommage, nous avions déjà fait le déplacement de Lacanau pour cette activité !!!! Aucune proposition de remplacement (vélo électrique....) ce qui est encore plus décevant. Très déçue et je ne ferais plus appel à eux.

On m'a offert une heure de segway payée par ma conjointe et on m'a refusé cette ballade pour une date expirée en m'annonçant que ca ne passerait pas en informatique. Je trouve cela vraiment pas commercial . A oublier
