Blagaj tekija, Blagaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina Blagaj will be our first stop, some 15 minutes of drive south-east of Mostar. The famous well of the river Buna located there represents the largest source of karst in Europe. A 200 meters high stone cliff with a cave complex in it is located above the source and it is an unforgettable sight for all visitors. The water comes from a 15 meters wide cave, it is freezing cold and clean and a lot of endemic species of trout found their habitat in it. Next to the source, a 16th century Dervish house – Tekke is still one of the most mystical places as well as one of the most important cultural and historical monuments in all of Bosnia&Herzegovina. An opportunity to have fantastic coffee/tea with a traditional local fig-cake “smokvara” at the base of the spring of magnificent river Buna should not be missed. 60 minutes
The historic urban site of Pocitelj, Pocitelj, Bosnia and Herzegovina Počitelj, a hidden jewel of Herzegovina lies on a hillside that makes a kind of amphitheater and overhangs the turquoise Neretva River. This pleasant settlement is located 30 km south of Mostar on the road to the Adriatic coast. Its special Ottoman architecture and Mediterranean style blend of which give this town a special dimension, makes it a real gem of architecture. This unique stone town has been inscribed in 2007 on the Unesco World Heritage Tentative List. The fortress was built in the late 14th century upon the order of the famous Bosnian King Tvrtko but Počitelj is mentioned for the first time in writing in 1444 as the seat of the parish. Počitelj is a real, open-air museum and a much cherished place by numerous artists who, in this magical scenery, find inspiration for their works of art.
Besides its beautiful oriental architecture and Ottoman feel, Počitelj hosts the longest operating art colony in southeast Europe. Artists from around the world gather here to paint, among other things but importantly, the shiny red pomegranates and figs that grow in abundance on the hills of Pocitelj. Walking around the city feels like taking a step back in time. Here you will see amazing architecture, city walls, mosques, art studios and many more. Definitely have you cameras on standby. There is also a fresh organic fruit market and authentic local art and craft stalls. 60 minutes

I spent two days with Camil plus a transfer from Dubrovnic Airport. I've spent a lot of time traveling around the Balkans and indeed the world. Not sure I've had a better tour guide -- very accommodating, wealth of knowledge, keen expertise of the area. So very impressed. Very highly recommend!

My friend and I visited B&H for an overnight and decided to book this tour. We have no regrets! We loved that the tour was completely private with only us and we got the full attention of our guide. It was so much more intimate than group tours we have been on! Our guide was an excellent driver who did not drive too fast or too crazy. We enjoyed the drive and did not feel motion sickness or anything like that. We also loved that he was super knowledgeable of the country and took us to some real gems with great photo ops! The beautiful waterfall was a highlight! Also the lunch spot he took us was amazing. A very local restaurant on a river - literally! We sat in the middle of the river and had some great food and local wine while feeding the cute ducks in the river. It was wonderful. Also, unfortunately my friend sprained her ankle during the tour while walking down a slippery stairs. However, our guide went out of his way to take us to a pharmacy and ensured she got some bandage and pain relief cream. Then, he was very patient for the rest of the tour in walking slower for her to keep up. We really appreciated his care about us as his clients. We also felt very safe on this tour, even while traveling as only two females. Oh, and our guide spoke very good English for those who may be wondering. Lastly, he left us a very sweet, local gift at the end. Very nice! We would definitely recommend booking this tour!
