Booked my airporttransfers & city walking tour incl. pick up from hotel. Got confirmation that payment would be at their office before the tour. Driver took me to wrong hotel upon arrival and did not know about payment... Was told that walkingtour started at 10am and was picked up accordingly, the tour actually started 10:30.... Walking tour was slow and a bit boring, it reminded me of a school outing. Wanted to join their "fall of..." tour next day, and suddenly there was extra charges for pick up, even it is stated as included on their webpage. All in all a bit confusing.

Great tour with a brief history of the city during the ages presented in an attractive way from our guide. Visiting the important places in the old city and giving a good presentation of the diversity of culture and religions in Sarajevo. It's free of charge, twice a day - in the morning and in the afternoon. I recommend it at the beginning of your visit to Sarajevo.
