Sarajevo International Airport: Your driver will greet you outside customs holding a sign with your name on it. In case you cannot locate your driver, contact the local partner at +38761076756. In the event of a flight delay of more than 1 hour, your transfer is no longer guaranteed. It is advised to contact the local partner in advance should you realize that your flight will be arriving late in Sarajevo.

We arranged a pick-up at the airport and the car was confirmed but did not show up. To be fair, I only arranged it that morning and was actually surprised it was confirmed. When it didn't show up, I wasn't too shocked. Thankfully I had cash from a previous trip there and we took a taxi. It was 23:00. If this had been my first visit to Sarjevo, I would have been extremely nervous being left at the airport in the middle of the night. The car service emailed me in the morning and apologized for the miscommunication and gave me a full refund. Airport pickups are extremely important to get right.

The driver was greating us on time. He was very polite and kind. I highly recommend to book this transfer.
