Saw the company on the BBC and assumed they were professional so booked the tour. They sent an email before the tour with a meeting point that didn’t exist. Asked 2 employees working at Temple station (being the station on their photo) and also 2 people inside a kiosk just outside the station and none of them knew of the checkpoint and neither did they know of the tour going from outside the station. Called the company but got a message saying they’re closed. I left a voicemail at the time explaining what had happened and 3 days later I’ve heard nothing from them. Shameful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide! It was great fun and a great way to see the city of London. Our tour guide went out of her way to make it an enjoyable experience.

Really fun tour and just the right length. Our tour guide Catherine was friendly and informative and provided a really relaxed environment to enjoy the tour. Was a thrill to see some bits of London I'd not seen before despite living here!
