  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag. All bags must weigh 50lbs or less per bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Strollers can be stored underneath the bus for no additional charge provided that they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
  • Children must travel with an Adult.
  • Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
  • Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in. Contact company in advance to confirm the eligibility of your guide dog certification.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was a seamless way to travel. Ferry ride was about 2 hrs. Great cafe on board as well as a cute store. Bathrooms were clean and accessible. Our driver was exceptional. I am sorry I forgot her name. She helped us with luggage and my wheel chair. She was very helpful in getting us close to our hotel in Vancouver. Wonderful experience

Trotz Feiertag verkehrte der Bus pünktlich, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Fähre durch die Inseln vor Vancouver Island ist spektakulär. In Vancouver fährt der Bus mehrere Hotels an. Toller Service.
