  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Stollers can be stored under the bus for no additional charge as long as they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
  • Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in.
  • Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The whole journey was easy peasy. No worries about leaving belongings on the bus during the ferry ride. Our driver was cheerful, professional, & helpful when we asked about things to do from downtown Victoria. Great experience!

Extremely easy to book and use. The first bus from the airport to the ferry is a mini bus which was not very clean, and the driver didn’t speak at all. The bus onto the ferry was a coach. This driver was extremely friendly, informative and had a great sense of humour.

It rained constantly! The trip was well organized but the fellow who was the bus driver had lousy English so that the drop off locations were not well communicated!
