  • All tours are subject to weather. In the event of inclement weather (ice, snow, high winds), your local tour operator will try to contact you via the information provided, else please call to confirm your reservation.
  • Wheelchair accessible: person must be able to transfer themselves into the carriage
  • Dog friendly (we love them, but please keep them off the seats)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our carriage tour was a great introduction to Beacon Hill Park. Operator and guide Tyler was easy to talk to and new horse on the block Ace did well with only 2 weeks experience under his harness. Spring time is a lovely time of the year for a carriage tour with all the spring flowers and cozy blankets are at the ready if you get a bit chilly. We learned some interesting facts about the park and surrounding areas from Tyler. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour wishing the hour did not go by quite so fast.

The carriage ride and the young lady that directed the horse ( Jerry) was great! We did run into a booking time delay. My tickes where for 1pm and booth had 1:15, not a huge problem but we had another commitment and we had already arrived 15 mins early.

We lucked out with the only sunny day in the 4 days we were in Victoria. Beautiful horse and carriage. Ursula,our driver was friendly,knowlegeable, and charming. She added to the ride’s enjoyment..
