  • All tours are subject to weather. In the event of inclement weather (ice, snow, high winds), your local tour operator will try to contact you via the information provided, else please call to confirm your reservation.
  • Wheelchair accessible: person must be able to transfer themselves into the carriage
  • Dog friendly (we love them, but please keep them off the seats)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Really nice way to see Victoria when you have limited time. The excursion was fun and we were given detailed commentary on Victoria. Would recommend.

Very fun! Daughter wants to go again today. We had a fiasco where 2 people in my party had to take a later ferry. They allowed us to move it to a later time same day. I was very thankful.

A brilliant way to spend the evening. We boarded at 9pm - Caitlyn on bookings was such a star because our cruise ship was scheduled later than originally thought so she changed the booking and promptly changed it back again when I contacted to say we'd made better time than expected. Caitlyn is probably the must helpful smiley person I've met in a while. She was a great ambassador. The tour was brilliant with Ursula pointing out areas of interest throughout the drive - houses, history, Beacon Hill Park - and fusion the horse gave us a lovely ride. Thoroughly recommend this tour but if you're on a cruise ship, book before you go. V limited spaces on the evening.
