5* + trip, this fulfilled every wish my wife and I ever had in seeing Grizzly Bears in the wild in their natural habitats incredible and worth every penny, a bucket list dream come true. Seeing the Humpback Whales, Golden and Bald Eagles we unexpected bonuses. Tyler and the team were knowledgeable, excellent guides and hosts, we cannot recommend this more highly.

Superb full day out (over 9hrs!) with Captain John and marine biologist Zoe. We saw humpback whales, sea lions, harbour seals, bald eagles, elk and 10 grizzlies! Amazing scenery and informative commentary from the crew..thank you! Stewart and Marcello from the Homalco were super too, very knowledgeable and great jokes to boot. An experience to remember!

I have never met anyone who loved their job more than Tyler. His enthusiasm was contagious. His knowledge of the grizzlies, the Klahoose and the encompassing area was without equal. His genuine eagerness to provide information and answer all questions was extraordinary. I sincerely hope Campbell River Whale Watching and Adventure Tours recognizes the value Tyler brings to their organization. The grizzlies did not disappoint. We were fortunate to see 2 large boars, 2 sows. (One with this years cub.) It was mesmerizing to witness the interactions between these bears along the river. Safety was a priority. At no time did I feel threatened. Our native guide, Gerry and our "eyes"(I can't remember his name.) ensured we were at the right place at the right time. Thank you. I was disappointed we weren't lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the elusive Orca on our expedition to the scenic Toba Inlet. BUT... it was a Grizzly Tour after all. It was an incredible experience from start to finish on Sept. 15 2022
