We booked the tour on Wednesday September 1st for Sunday, September 5th. Later that day I found out my dad had been put into the ICU. I called (Hoodoo adventures) as soon as I found out to cancel the tour as we live in Ontario and were planning on going to Kelowna for the weekend and no longer could. Hoodoo didn't answer. So I left a voicemail. They never called back. I called again the next day and they told me I could only cancel within 21 days of the booking. I asked what they could do for us (I would have been happy with a credit), and explained the situation to them. They said they couldn't do anything. Seriously? How insensitive?! So, we spent $348.00 for nothing and couldn't even get a credit back. My boyfriend works for Air Canada and he will spread the word at work to never book using hoodoo adventures. Terrible, terrible experience. The flights, hotel and every other adventure we had booked for the weekend was accommodating at giving us a 100% refund. Thanks for nothing!

Every part of this experience was great. A very relaxed group, easy going and easy to talk to. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the vineyards they took us to. I would recommend this tour for anyone who likes outdoor activities, fun and a little wine tasting.
