we had booked a private charter from our hotel to the cruise port for an 11 am check-in and got a call that our transfer was pushed back a half hour. The charter arrived 45 late even after numerous call to dispatch and was told 5 minutes which ended up being 45 minutes. And since we booked the 1st boarding time we were almost an hour past our time and had to wait in a long line . If we would have been there o time we would not have had such a long wait. It was not a good experience to start our cruise.
