For International arrivals: After you pass baggage carousels and continue on through customs, please follow the signs to the Exit/Greeting Area to the right where you will notice 2 (two) 20 foot tall carved red cedar Aboriginal figures welcoming guests to Vancouver where your driver/representative will be holding a sign with your name on it.

For Domestic arrivals: Your driver / representative will be waiting at the BAGGAGE CLAIM of your airline, holding a sign with your name on it.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Tuve una experiencia increíble con el traslado desde el aeropuerto de Vancouver hasta mi hotel. Desde el momento en que llegué, el servicio fue impecable. The service exceeded my expectations. The driver was extremely punctual and friendly, making sure I felt comfortable right from the start. The vehicle was modern, very clean, and well-equipped to ensure a smooth and relaxing ride. During the trip, the driver answered all my questions about the city and gave me helpful recommendations for my stay. The journey was quick and hassle-free, with safe driving at all times.
