  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Awesome way to get to and from Vancouver- Whistler. My driver Moe was amazing and being able to take the bus Whistler to Vancouver at 2:45am saved me for my early flight.

I booked the round trip on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 from Whistler to Vancouver. On the return trip, i was waiting for the bus to pickup at 11:55 PM but there was no one at the pacific station. I have used Skylynx few times. I know where the bus stop to pickup. I waited 15 minutes as the bus should have depart at 12:10 PM. After waiting I called the Skylynx customer support number but the guy on the phone blamed me for being late. The least I can expect. Not taking any responsibility. He told me that they picked up other passengers and left early. I don’t know if there is anyone who can take responsibility of this. Customer service should learn basic of how to handle unexpected things nicely. Anyway I called again and somebody putted me on the next bus which I have to wait for another 3 hours.

Just a fantastic bus service from start to finish. Perfectly timed schedules providing hassle-free connections from Whistler to the Vancouver Airport. Ticket prices are amazing and onboard amenities like bathroom and wifi makes the trip that much better!
