  • All public tours require a minimum of 4 beer lovers to run. In the unfortunate event that we do not meet the minimum amount of guests to run a tour, we'll contact you at least 24-48 hours before your tour to discuss your options. You have the option of rescheduling your tour to another date at no charge, or we’ll refund your money in full.
  • The tour operator does not provide refunds, partial credits, or expense reimbursements related to additional travel costs, or provide the opportunity to reschedule your booking due to lateness and/or a missed tour due to lateness.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour
  • All tours are 19+
  • Please bring photo ID
  • Closed toed shoes recommended
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Be open to trying varitels you might not be familiar with. Ask lots of questions. They are there to help you.
