I traveled to Vancouver on my 50th Birthday with family to celebrate and booked this tour for my family in August. I confirmed my trip at 10am on the 31st ( which is also my birthday) and was told by the tour operator that they were canceling. My husband scrambled around to try to find something that was rememberable, which was limited due to everything being booked months in advance. My family did the best they could to make this day the best it could be... however I would like this tour operator to know that they have ruined a day that should be one that I would remember for years to come. I would not recommend using this company in the future.
