We did the thirty minute tour of James Bay. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Our horse was amazing. We added the 15-minute VIP experience and would definitely recommend that. You get information on all their horses and get to spend time petting your horse. Would definitely do one of the longer tours next time.

We had a family group of 14 in three carriages for the 75-minute tour that fit within the three-hour cruise ship stop late on a Saturday night. Very pleasant and calm ride through a park and quiet residential streets. Because it was night we could not see a lot of sights, but the children especially enjoyed the unique experience. We were impressed with the expense of maintaining these wonderful horses and the amount of training they require.

Can be a tad difficult for seniors to get up into the carriage. Our driver & horse “Clay” were incredible. Our driver was very informative & friendly and Clay was smart! We enjoyed ourselves. 30 minutes was just too short……45 mins would be perfect.
