  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fantastic service all completed at the hotel and at the agreed time. In fact they were even early with various skis for us to try. Excellent selection of skis with specific detailed knowledge provided by the technicians to ensure we were both happy. They really could not do enough to help and even encouraged us to leave the skis at one of their rental shops very near the main lifts to avoid us having to carry them back each day. We were able to drop them back to the shop or have them picked up from the hotel at the end of the week. Nothing was a problem. Thank you.

Have used Black Tie rentals the last two years, and have been overly impressed with their service both times. Delivery was on time, switching out equipment mid-week was easy, and returns were painless. Highly highly recommend!
