  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Amazing service from my first to last interactions with the team. Personalised offer for a large group of snowboarders and skiers, efficient booking in advance from the UK, easy pick up, alterations made through the week and seamless drop off and even gave me a refund when I couldn’t do the final day. Incredible and friendly staff, could not recommend highly enough!

Fast, friendly and competent service. I hadn’t snowboarded in 7 years so I played it safe and got the dev package. BT outfitted my wife with skis and myself perfectly.

Black Tie are an absolutely excellent outfit. They were really polite, very helpful with information on the resort, gave multiple sizes of boots when the first ones didn't fit and final collection was super - we just left the gear at reception and it was picked up in their own time. So much better than trecking to a rental store.
