You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fast, friendly and competent service. I hadn’t snowboarded in 7 years so I played it safe and got the dev package. BT outfitted my wife with skis and myself perfectly.

Black Tie are an absolutely excellent outfit. They were really polite, very helpful with information on the resort, gave multiple sizes of boots when the first ones didn't fit and final collection was super - we just left the gear at reception and it was picked up in their own time. So much better than trecking to a rental store.

The idea of having a delivery is amazing we didnt have to worry because is easy to arange and to return All the equipment was great Thank you guys we had a lot of fun
