The Denise guide was excellent. Very kind and polite, inquisitive, perfectly familiar with the whole story presented and did everything so that we could take the most advantage of the experience. I highly recommend visiting the history of the 4 corners of the world and this 5 star guide! An exceptional professional! The only reservation is that it is impossible to see everything in one day, so we will have to go back ;)

Highlights tour on Sunday at 2pm Too busy , too loud, too much shoving and pushing !!! Firstly need to say tour guide was very friendly, enthusiastic and interesting. So was not her fault . BUT -Numbers should be limited!!! Tours were overlapping and speaking louder than our tour guide and groups of 15 crowding round one thing is ridiculous . Also non paying people just attached themselves to our group making it even more difficult to see or hear. The tour covered 7-8 pieces in 90 mins but be prepared to stand around and move between floors. Felt v disappointed with the format of this tour and the overcrowding. Be prepared !!!
