Our guide Paul communicated clearly when and where to meet. It was so easy to get in. He was super knowledgeable and he led us around to see all the top artifacts in the museum before it got too crowded. He gave the perfect amount of context and background. This was the best way to see the museum and I have recommended it to family and friends.

We had trouble getting into the museum and couldn’t find our guide so we totally missed our tour! ???? There should be better communication about how to find the guide!

The tour guide never showed up! Arrived early at arranged meeting spot on the stairs and waited 45mins in the rain. Tour guide never showed up and didn't reply to messages/text.
