Trip got canceled because 2 other people canceled and the company giving the tour wanted more money (on top of what we already had paid)in order to take us to Bruges

We really enjoyed Bruges and would definitely recommend it as a day visit or also an overnight. It is such an interesting and pretty city. While the local tour guide (Jerome) was great and the driver was professional, I wouldn't recommend taking this tour if the same number of people were packed into the minivan as we had. We had a total of nine people (including the driver) in the minivan, which had three rows. My husband and I had to sit in the front on the way to Bruges, with me in the passenger seat and him in the middle (between the driver and me) and with no headrest for him. I cannot emphasize enough how crammed we were in that space and how uncomfortable it was. I do not think it is acceptable to put someone in that front middle seat, especially for a drive that was 3 hours & 15 minutes on the way and about 3 hours & 45 minutes on the return. Everything else about the trip was great, so I am sad to have to give this review.

The tour was great. The driver picked us up on time from our address, took us to Bruges where we met our guide, who gave us a great tour of the city, and then drove us back. The only issue I had is that they packed 9 large adults including the driver in a minivan for a 3 hour ride to Bruges and 3 hours back. Two families shoulder to shoulder with each other. I did an earlier similar tour where they had a larger vehicle. Other than this issue everything else was great. My family and I enjoyed it.
