The boat trip was great , but the walking tour was not what I expected , the guide did not know the information well and her English was very bad , you should pay more attention on selecting and training your tour guides before letting them guide

A great tour that helps you get your bearings and shows you the major sites. Tour guide very knowledgeable and helpful. The canal tour was also very good however i did have an issue with my canal ticket as they wouldn't accept it from my viator app, i had to open it up in pdf form.

Interesting information about Brugge and its history, canal cruise was great. Good sized group. Meeting point information referring to the red gondola was misleading. We were looking for a red boat not an awning structure.
