They were unable to pick us up because our flight was delayed but made arrangements for someone to pick us up. Very thoughtful of them

Where was the driver waiting? He wasn’t as we exited from baggage claim and we couldn’t find him. Almost gave up. Finally got my phone working and texted. He had sent a text while we were in the air. He was very nice but need a more established meet up location.
