During this workshop, you’ll prepare traditional Belgian waffle dough, cook it, and then decorate your waffles with cream, chocolate, and seasonal fruits. No previous cooking experience is necessary, and kids are warmly welcome. After a short introduction, we’ll go through the recipe, split into teams, and start cooking. We provide everything: all ingredients, cooking gear, waffle irons, a demonstration, and assistance. Feel free to make the craziest topping combinations and take pictures! Every participant will receive a complimentary drink to enjoy with his/her waffles. If you eat over 9 waffles during the workshop, you will become our new champion!! The record has been standing for a while and we are looking for someone to beat it!!!

I went on a solo trip to Brussels and this activity really added to the overall experience. The instructor was fun and welcoming. I would recommend!

We had a great time with our hostess. We had a fun class about the different types of waffles. We got to make our own batter, and then eat and eat and eat! We had so many topping we couldn’t even use them all. There was fun music playing in the background, and it was a party atmosphere with people from around the world. Everyone should do it at least once!

Absolutely loved this workshop! Fantastic recipe! Informative, fun and bubbly host - Amelia really made this an experience that was memorable!! Great choice of ingredients and toppings! I’d go again! Definitely worth doing if you are in Belgium and more so Brussels! 5*
