At the desired time, an experienced English-speaking professional driver will pick you up from your accommodation in a private vehicle. THIS IS A VERY BIG MISTAKE. IT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE TAXI RIDE I HAVE EVER DONE. I did not read the reviews and details. DO NOT BOOK THIS. We were picked up at 6 am, driven to Bruge, unceremoniously dropped in the Centrum ( Center) at 7 am where EVERYTHING IS CLOSED. We walked 30 minutes to the train station where we were able to get breakfast. And then, we were told we need to head back at 12:30 pm.

Our driver and tour guide were excellent and the history was so incredible and the story telling plus discussing current culture were just some of highlights

WE had a very nice driver Francesco that was timely and accommodated our needs...He was also very friendly but READ THE FINE PRINT THIS IS NOT A TOUR ONLY A RIDE TO THE CITY AND BACK...he did not provide any historical information nor did he walk with us to the sites This is what is stated in VIATOR "Our drivers are not official tour guides but are very knowledgeable of the places visited and will provide all the necessary historical information and their local perspective. At the end of the tour, your friendly Welcomer will drop you off at your accommodation." So that was disappointing because it was not very cost efficient, a small group tour might have been better.
