The tour will end with the story of the bloody revolution in December 1989 and the ultimate downfall of the Dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu, witnessing the birth of the democratic Romania.

Later, we will take you to find an eclectic mix of buildings like the National Bank of Romania, the Stavropoleos Monastery and the Villacrosse Passage and you will surely be charmed by the lively atmosphere in this quarter.

Thanks to Stefania for her explanations and her enthusiasm about the city of Bucharest. The theme of the visit, old town and Dracula (on Halloween night), put us in the mood. A complete and detailed 2.5 hour experience that teaches us even more about Romanian culture and this beautiful city. Thank you Stefania!
