Come and be part of an amazing experience - visit the Hungarian Puszta (part of the Great Plain). First we visit Kecskemét to see the difference between a town in the countryside and the bustling city of Budapest. We continue to Lajosmizse. On arrival at the farm we taste ’barackpálinka’ (apricot brandy) as a welcome drink. Before a horse-show we get on a carriage for a ride in the ’puszta’. Our program goes on with the heart-breaking attraction of the Hungarian ’csikós’ (Hungarian horsemen). To make your day complete and memorable - we’ll spoil you with delicious country-style lunch (3-course meal with a glass of wine), which will be ‘served’ in a Hungarian inn "Csárda" . Return to Budapest. The tour ends in the city centre.

A very good day trip outside of the city. The guide was informative and helpful. We had a good driver. We had a lovely walk around with stop for coffee and cake then a good lunch at Puszta then an excellent carriage ride. Interesting walk around stables and a good show where you could crack your own whip if you wanted

Klara was a great tour guide. Keczkemet is a cute town in the Hungarian Plain. The church bell chimes was a pleasure to listen to. We got to see Lipizzaner horses, Hungarian Gray Cattle, and observe traditional Hungarian horse dressage and training. The lunch that was served as part of the tour was delicious and generous in quantity.
