You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We both enjoyed the evening , views along the river were amazing. Friendly staff and the meal was lovely. The whole evening was very enjoyable.

The cruise started off disappointing. My husband and I booked it as a romantic evening. In the upper deck, full of couples with the same thought, we were seated next to a family with 4 preteen girls. They were hanging out the window, talking loudly, getting up and down from their seats, practically on my lap,, knocked my purse and jacket on the floor. All in all horrible. Their parents did nothing, the staff did nothing. They weren't even there for dinner, just drank cokes, which they knocked to the floor twice. No one cleaned up and it ran under our table and on my husband's shoes. Half way through our 3 hour cruise, the boat docked and thankfully they left. It got better from there. But a damper had been put on the evening. They should never have had them upstairs with the couples. The food was cold and the chicken was dry. I would not use Silverline Cruises again
