Staff were very friendly and helpful, the buses ran smoothly and frequently. It was a great way to see the key features in Budapest.

Um Budapest per Bus und Boot zu sehen, lohnt sich der Ho-Ho-Bus. Beide große Gesellschaften arbeiten hier zusammen und bieten dadurch sehr gute Taktzeiten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind jeweils in guter Nähe der Haltestellen und sind dadurch nach ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die inkludierte Bootstour lohnt sich. Insbesondere am Abend zur Dänmerung oder bei Dunkelheit, wenn Budapest beleuchtet ist.

Budapest is a fabulous and beautiful city. Unfortunately our City View Hop On Hop Off bus tour was a bitter disappointment. 1. The drivers seemed to think they were on a race track leaving no time to catch the views described in the commentary. 2. The commentary itself was difficult to follow due to the heavily accented recordings. 3. When the bus microphones were used, the guides had no idea of how to use a mike and put their mouth on the mike, rattled off the required script for that numbered stop with no concept of how that was actually sounding for those listening. 5. The driver did not have the courtesy of watching his camera screen and waiting for those climbing the stairs to actually reach the upper level and sit down. This was dangerous - especially for some of the elderly passengers. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
