Please respect the dress code: regular clothing can be worn, however shoulders and thighs must be covered. Legs have to be covered down to the knee before entering, beach-type outfit is not acceptable (cover available for purchase on the spot). Head cover for men is available upon entry.

£55 for two people and not a whole lot to see. They really need to look at how much they are charging. I feel a £10 entry fee would be more than enough.

Esta é a sinagoga que fica na rua Dohány. É um espaço de culto e abriga também o Museu Judaico Húngaro. Nesse local se aprende sobre a história judaica húngara e a devastação de vidas humanas durante o Holocausto durante a 2a. Guerra Mundial. Metade dos 250.000 judeus da cidade de Budapeste foram mortos durante a guerra. Há uma rica história do bairro judeu de Budapeste que é preservado pela sinagoga, pelo museu e pelo complexo sinagoga-museu e o bairro. Serviços religiosos são realizados nos feriados judaicos.

Esperienza molto negativa. Prezzo d’ingresso assolutamente folle (al cambio 30 euro a persona con guida). Visita all’interno che si riduce nello star seduti con la guida che parla per 5 minuti. Siamo entrati nella consapevolezza di tutti che era in visita una personalità e che quindi alcune parti (il giardino dei giusti) non erano visitabili. La guida ci ha lasciato subito senza nemmeno accompagnarci al museo. Assolutamente da evitare!indipendentemente dal contrattempo.
