The part that our airline was delayed, and I texted the driver and company and told him I would be in touch with no pick up information. When we finally got through the line at the airport, it was past the two hour deadline even though I had already texted. Never got a ride and no refund. I didn’t want to refund. I just wanted to switch times for the pick up. That wasn’t acceptable, so we used a different company. Sorry Viator, disappointed.

Great and reliable service. Entire process was seamless. Our driver was on time and very friendly, we arrived within 30 mins to the airport. Definitely worth it to have a private van and no other passenger pickups and to avoid any taxi issues as we heard about

The staff was prompt and efficient. We were met at the airport by a greeter who then coorsinatedwith our driver. Our driver was efficient in getting is to our deatination while navigating heavy traffic professionally
