Fantastic service. Susanna is very professional and everything went off without a hitch. Communication by WhatsApp and booking in advance with a credit card all worked fine. The shuttle van picked our group of six up at our hotel and delivered us to the track exactly as promised using the VIP express lanes and at the promoter parking area which is minutes from Gate 8 entrance. The trip on both Saturday and Sunday (race day) was 30 minutes. We were shocked by how quickly we got there. Our group has attended seven grands prix and this was by far the easiest one to get to, thanks to the excellent taxi service. Driver was on time every day and even arrived earlier when we got out of the track 30 minutes before we originally agreed on Sunday. At one point we looked up and saw helicopters arriving and we realized that even the helicopters can't get you from hotel to grandstand and back as fast as the shuttle did, and helicopter service for 6 people is about 10x mor expensive. 5 stars here for the excellent and dependable service for a good price, but be aware that any taxi driver in Hungary is like an F1 alumnus, so expect some intense g's while sitting in the van.
