  • For the safety of the mother and baby, we do not allow pregnant women to participate.
  • Children must weigh at least 40 kg and be at least 10 years of age. Parents/guardians must sign liability and waiver forms for any participants under the age of 18 years. No child / student rate at this tour. No infants allowed.
  • Tour goes in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (we encourage our guests to bring hats and gloves to keep the extremities warm during colder months) Refunds/exchanges are not given due to unfavourable weather conditions.
  • As Segway riding is based on balancing, anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride without refund
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Absolutely excellent tour with Thomas who was a delight to be with. Extremely knowledgeable chap with lots of interesting facts but not over the top. It was just the two of us on the tour which was great. A huge thank you to Thomas for making it such a great trip.

Es war sehr abenteuerlich.Am Anfang dachten wir, das schaffen wir nie aber durch die nette, geduldige Art von Andrew ging es dann doch und wir waren sehr glücklich. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

This was a great tour, it was tailored to exactly whatever we wanted to do and see, we were the only ones on the to so very private and our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cities. We went up to the highest viewpoint in the capital and the whole experience was really fun, such a great way to get around and only took a couple of hours. Highly recommend
