This cooking class was so wonderful. Marti is a natural teacher. We had sampled chicken paprikash earlier in our trip, so we were thrilled that we can now recreate it back in Texas. We had no idea what to expect of sour cherry soup, but thoroughly enjoyed this cold soup and are looking forward to cooking in during our hot summers. We had such an enjoyable evening cooking, drinking wine, and learning more about the history and culture of Hungary. Marti made some wonderful appetizers for us to snack on as we cooked, so we were stuffed by the end of the night!
