We had been so excited about this tour, but unfortunately it couldn’t go ahead due to too few participants. The organizer went above and beyond trying to find alternative options and kept us updated with fantastic communication the whole way. Even though the timing didn’t work out for us in the end, the refund was handled quickly and without any hassle. We truly appreciated the care and effort, and we’ll 100% book with them again next time!
