We had booked a four hour private city tour of Buenos Aires. Our pick up was at the Marriott Hotel. The driver/guide never showed up. We called the numbers given and there was no response. That was the only day in Buenos Aires and we wasted a day. Very disappointing. Finally we took a hurried city tour with Hop On Hop Off bus. We lost the money we had paid in advance for the tour plus missed the tour we wanted to do. Very disappointed.

We loved our time in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile thanks to Tangol Travel. They took care of airport transfer, tour excursion, and even tickets for dinner shows! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time stress free. Their communication was very good at all times highly recommend to download WhatsApp so you can stay in contact with them at any time. Thank you for making this vacation special.
