Iguazu Falls Private Day Trip from Buenos Aires with Airfare

We have booked this trip based on the good reviews that we have read in Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed! Initially we were a little dubious because it was so much cheaper than other one day tours. I am reviewing the Tour Company, and not Iguazu Fall because the Falls are truly amazing and awe inspiring that many people will have reviewed it, thousands of times but as for the company, maybe they need to be made know more about their services. Right from the start, after the booking was made, BA Tour Guide has been extremely responsive. They gave us full information on what documentation we need for the flight, time for pick-up/drop off from hotel to airport, what size/weight bags we can bring on the flight etc etc. Any questions we have were answered promptly and fully. We were left knowing we will be in good hands. On the day of the trip, a car arrived promptly and collected us fro m our hotel and drove us to the International airport, although the driver didn't speak much English, he was very polite and pleasant. The car was clean and comfortable and the drive to the airport was smooth. Once we were in the airport, we were told where to check in and the process of going through security, all this was done without any issues. The flight to Iguazu was on time. Upon arrival at Iguazu, our guide, Lorena, was waiting for us with the driver and took us to the entry of the national park, a 10 minutes' drive. Lorena was extremely knowledgeable about the park, its wildlife, flora and fauna. Her passion was infectious! We walked all three routes of the park and saw the amazing Falls from every perspective. It was awe inspiring! Lorena told us about the wildlife, trees, birds, flowers, as well as the falls, the day we visited the falls, the volume of water per second was slightly lower than the day before, she had all the data and information so not only answered all our questions, we have come away knowing more because of what she has told us. Although the recommended amount of time to spend at the national park and the falls is 1 - 2 days, due to the length of our stay at Buenos Aires, we opted to do this trip and in no way did we feel that we have missed out on any sights and we didn't feel rushed in seeing the falls within one day. The flight back landed at the local Buenos Aires airport, and our driver was waiting for us, polite and friendly. All in all, the trip was a huge success, BA Tour Guide has put together our itinerary seamlessly and it was so well organised. We felt truly looked after by every member, especially Lorena. Worth the expense, truly and highly recommended! Well done BA Tour Guide.

Fantastique journée. Notre taxi nous a pris à l'hôtel à 05h du matin, direction aéroport. A l'arrivée à Iguazu , notre adorable guide ( en français) nous attendait. Un mini bus luxueux nous a conduit à l'entrée du parc.Nous avons été pris en charge toute la journée, nous avons pris le bateau ( en supplément) et nous avons été voir les chutes de très près. En fin de journée, retour à l'aéroport et le taxi, à Buenos Aires, nous attendait pour rentrer à l'hôtel. L'organisation et la réactivité de Maximo de BA tour est excellente. This tour was booked through Viator with Buenos Aires Tour Guides. We had to cancel because the cruise we were booked on cancelled all Argentina ports because of Covid. This tour cost $2100 for 3 people. Buenos Aires tour guides refused to give us back ANY of our money no matter what the reason for the cancellation. I urge everyone to avoid doing any business with these people. Most companies are willing to "do the right thing" during this pandemic. This is not the case with Buenos Aires tour guides.
