After pickup of participants in Coimbra, we start a panoramic tour, where we will pass through several wine estates and in ONE of the oldest and most traditional wineries in the region, we will take a break to visit. We will have direct contact with the "terroir", the grapes, the deep and fresh tunnels where the nectars rest and we will do a wine and sparkling tasting. After the winery, the next stop is at a restaurant where we will understand the secret of making the "crispy" skin typical of the pig roasted in Bairrada and also its flavor.

Great tour. Experienced the local cuisine and some do the best wines with an awesome guide. It’s a must. You will definitely get more than just a simple taste

Very well guided detailed tour to Frei Joao and the tasting. The smell within the cellars. Xavier was introducing us the area and the winemaking, while taking us there by the comfortable van. A nice baira lunch with crispy meat and sparkling wine.
