Cabo Airport Transportation

Cabo Shuttle Service was amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely fast to communicate, they made last minute adjustments with ease and everyone that I interacted with was extremely friendly. My husband and I got married in Cabo in October and we used Cabo Shuttle Services for all of our transportation needs. They picked up everyone for our wedding at different times and no one had any issues. We also used them to take our wedding party to a private cocktail hour and they were very prompt to pick us up and were right on time when it was time to leave. Bonus points for well maintained and clean cars/buses. I will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Cabo.

We used Cabo Airport Shuttle to and from Los Cabos on our recent trip The pickup from the airport was a little complicated as the company doesn’t give you any instructions on pickup or who to ask for when you get through the arrivals I sent a message on what’s app to ask but I was given a few different names so it was quite confusing to start. On the way back to the airport however our transport was a complete disaster and we almost missed our flight. Our driver was an hour late picking up the people before us and was 30 minutes late picking us up, then he went to the wrong hotel 2 more times getting the last people. We let him know that we were going to miss our flight and the other couple in the van with us was also on the same flight and going to miss it. He kept going to the wrong hotel and then just sitting there waiting for nobody, he didn’t call the office to see if there was a mix up or let them know to send another shuttle for them. So already being half an hour late to pick us up we spent another 45 minutes driving around to different hotels trying to find guests that weren’t even there. When he finally got the correct hotel the 2 guests he was picking up said they had lots of time to get to the airport still!! So why were the 4 of us going to miss our flight because the driver wouldn’t get backup from the office. He was yelling at us the entire time we were explaining when our pick up times were supposed to be and that we were all going to miss our flights. It was ridiculous, I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life of traveling We got to the airport 35 minutes before boarding and still had to go through baggage check and security etc It was so stressful we were almost in tears about missing the flight and the driver was SO rude about it all. Acting like it was our fault We go to Mexico a lot but I’ll be sure to skip this service next time Just take an Uber or a taxi

The drive was amazing , Luis was great highly recommend him as a driver , he’ll take you on a shorter ride or a longer one taking you through the city which I enjoyed. 5/5 starts.
