They make it easy with the video they send you and all the information so you know where to go and what to expect when you arrive. I recommend using this shuttle. I booked the shared shuttle for pickup and drop-off from the airport and glad I picked them

I felt spoiled getting a private airport shuttle since no one else scheduled a group shuttle during the same time! I had great conversations with Luis, the vehicle was very clean, and the ride was very smooth. This is my second time using Cabo Shuttle Services (fourth ride) and they make it easy. I had questions and they responded quickly through email.
