A must visit restaurant in Cabo, Chef Roberto is spectacular! His restaurant is a hidden gem with an oasis inside. This experience was top notch, from beginning to end. Roberto gave us the history of the restaurant, the beautiful grounds where they are growing fruits, nuts and herbs used in their dishes. The cooking demonstration was hands on fun, educational and started off with making drinks at the bar. Every step of the way Roberto shared his knowledge of food and his country and truly loves what he is doing. Now for the food, it is outstanding. Not only is the presentation beautiful, but the flavors are layered within the beauty of the dishes. We have been coming to Cabo for several years and this is my new favorite experience, not just a restaurant. Highly recommend and we will visit again.

Wow, what a great experience. We visited for an anniversary trip. We truly enjoyed crafting our own cocktails, touring the urban garden, being greeted with a welcome cocktail, making ceviche, empanadas and fish tacos. It was lovely to learn about the rich culture, where the flavors come from and the history behind the dishes. This was the best experience! We truly enjoyed ourselves and learned so much. They also did a special dish for our entree because we do not eat pork.

It really wasn’t a cooking class. You were able to do some minor prep of food but it was limited. The entire experience took too long. They also made you share portions with others. If everyone pays the same amount then everyone should get their own portion. That included sharing dessert as well. At $75 a person you should get your own portion and dessert. Overall the experience was mediocre at best. Now, I would definitely go to dinner there. The food was awesome!! I would definitely recommend going to dinner but would not recommend the cooking class. This recommendation is only for the cooking class
