Very disappointed as I have never had trouble with Viator. Our tour guide didn’t show up at all, nor contact us at all regarding our tour. It’s 1:15p, and still no response. We waited for 30 minutes at the designated pick up location, and messaged him - nothing. We submitted a request for refund. So sad, we were so looking forward to this tour.

The actual camel ride and experience was unique and fun, but we were put with a VERY large group of 23 (13 were 1 family), so everything took forever and was geared towards the 1 family. They should have broken us into 2 groups as all other groups we saw were 10-15 people max.They also allowed that family of 13 to carry their cell phones and take pictures, but made me lock up my cell phone when I asked. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
